Interface Introduction
1. is where show you the courses you teach, if you teach more than one course, then you can switch here.
2. is where you need to choose the term for the scores. Depends on the setting of school(administrator), if it's set two terms then it will show only two terms here.
3. is the subject that under this course; it is flexible to set just one subject or more; it depends on the ESL system of your school.
4. shows report card which means it contains all the assessments will show on the mid-term or final report cards.
5. If you click on the report card, then you can see all the assessments. You can get into any of it to key in scores if you are allowed to custom quiz items for this assessment. And you can see the first row of the table shows all the assessments and their weights too.
If you need any adjustment of above all, please contact the administrator.
Customize in-class quiz items
1. Go to Report Card, and see if assessment is opened to click into. For example, "In-Class Score" looks darker and clickable, and you can actually click it; this means this assessment is opened to custom quiz items. In contrary, "Homework Completion" looks lighter with gray color, that means you're not able to get into it to do any settings of it.
2. When you get into the assessment, click "Config" on the top right corner of the interface. It will allow you to add the items.
3. Click "Add" to add name, date, weight, description of the item.
4. Type in name, date, weight, and description; you can add more than one items each time.
5. Or you can remove the ones that aren't needed
6. Once you get them all, remember to save.
7. Click on the the items
8. is where shows the item's information
9. is where you key in the scores for this item
If the student is absent for the assessment (test or whatever) makes him not get the score, then just leave it blank; it will not be counted in the total score.
10. Before you save the result yet, it will show the red dots in the corner as a reminder.
11. is where you can see the total score of this assessment; it's automatically counted.

13. Scroll down the page, you'll see the distribution of the scores of the course.
14. Back to Report card
15. As you click the assessment, you'll see 16. shows calculation only which means you're not able to key in the total scores directly at this layer.
You're supposed to see the in class score right after you come back to the Report card layer from In class score layer.
Please check if the scores are right, if the total In class score should be adjusted, please go back to in class score layer to adjust.
Indication type of the assessment
1. is the assessment that you do not need to set all the quiz items and calculate the total score. Click on it and
2. is where you input the content such as indication or comment. For example, if it's indication, just click on the buttons and it will auto go to the next row. (If in the case of key in scores, press the enter and it will auto go to the next row; so that you don't have to click on each student's each)
3. Save
Input for not calculated assessment
1. For not calculated only items just click on it and key in.
2. is where you type the scores or the words and press "enter" it will go to the next student
If the student is absent for the assessment (test or whatever) makes him not get the score, then just leave it blank; it will not be counted in the total score.
Import from excel
1. For those not calculated items, scores or words can be imported.
2. is the first step which is to copy (download) the right order of the student list
3. will show you that the table is copied
4. Copy the column which needs to be imported from excel (only copy the content, the title and others aren't needed)
5. Click tools and
6. Choose import>>"comment (as example)" (or the assessment name that you're going to import), and paste to the text box
7. Click Parse to parse the data
8. Preview if the result is correct
9. Then import the result
10. As back to report card, confirm the imported result again, and
11. Save
